La Clinica Vallejo Expansion Project

La Clinica de la Raza’s Vallejo facility was relocated into a converted 26,000 SF two-story, state-of-the-art medical care facility in downtown Vallejo. The expansion transformed a retail space into a medical care building servicing behavioral, dental, optometry, health education and other healthcare programs La Raza provides. The 1950’s space required major tenant improvements including demolition and abatement coordination, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems, structural systems and seismic upgrades, new interior and exterior improvements, roofing and site work.
